Okay! Who here loves the rain and walking in it, etc..?

What R your thoughts on the rain?Here is one of my most favorite poems on this subject! I have loved this since I was in elementary school(around first grade or so)!





Poem I love regarding rain:


Rain is raining all around.


It falls on field and tree.


It rains on the umbrellas here,


and on the ships at sea.

I also love to take an old sony walkman tape player and walk with it, listening to classical music in stereo, and seeing the rain around me....the rain,and the music go well together!


I also love to watch the rain pour down,and feel the drops lightly touch me! Some feel really cool, when it is a humid day!


That always feels good! In Hawaii, they call "sprinkles" %26gt;"Blessings"! Nice huh?!

Standing.......arms spread wide,


I tilt my head towards the sky.





Little drops upon my face,


Love of rain I do embrace.





The smells, the site and the sound,


With its melodious tune it hits the ground.





I walk alittle forward to catch some more,


As I see it rains no more,

Reply:I love the rain too!! I can't wait for it to rain and then find any excuse I can to go outside, like putting the rubbish out and things like that that I don't usually do. I looooooove it!!!
Reply:You're in very good company - Me. My husband thinks I'm crazy for slipping on a cotton housedress and walking out into the rain when the weather permits. He just doesn't know what he's missing. When I return, wet, (I place a towel near the door first) I feel like I've done "something." Go figure.
