This cartoon was about an orphanage where all the kids were in a room in beds side-by-side and this guy builds them toys out of scraps. The Christmas tree opened like an umbrella. And a lightbulb lite up on top of the guys head when he had an idea. This is another movie I am trying to find because it was one we watched when we were little. Thanks again!
