My dollar tree umbrella has fallen apart but it was just a temp. I need a good umbrella that will last. Whats the best umbrella you can buy from either target, CVS?
Who makes the best umbrella for when it rains?
One umbrella is as good as another (except for one from the Dollar Tree). I would spend about $10. dollars on one that has a good size circumference. It should last you for a long time.
Name brands are way over priced.
